How do I change my party affiliation on my voters identification card?

1. Depends entirely on the state where you are registered. Start by searching for your state elections department.
2. It really depends on the state, you can deffinately do it at any office of the political party. Some states allow you to do this through the U.S. Postal Service. You might be able to do it online (again depending on which state you live in). Sometimes the party will have a booth at a county fair, etc. But, you can always vote for someone from a completely different party than the one you're registered under.
