how about only members of the tc badge allow to report abuse id that fair?

see if they do this they would report abuse only bye members with tcbadge will be remove bye one of them if trusted? That might work. tc badge and 4-5-6 sshould allow too. well heres another one if it not in the giud lines someone report it that one is not here now.

1. Maybe...but there are many trusted non-TC users and I think their cries should be heard. There are a lot of trolls who report aimlessly, maybe Y!A should only respond to reports of level 2 or 3's. And that's what I meant to say, 2 or 3's and above.
