- try rubbing alcohol...
- I'd try lighter fluid. If you don't have any, just keep washing it with a sponge and dish washing detergent. It will come off....eventually. Some other ideas: http://www.wikihow.com/Discussion:Remove-Permanent-Marker-from-a-Smooth-Surface
- soak it in vinegar...lol itll smell but the acid will eventually wipe it off you can try that or pepsi... me and my friends put one of our rusted up pegs on it we left there idk how long but the thing is the acid washed away all the rust so we had a shiny peg :) lol yeah do that...get a bowl or something and put ure id on there with pepsi :)
- really try to use the alcohol, it works ...really!
- Trace over the permanent marker with a dry-erase marker, then wipe it off with a dry cloth.
- I've done the same kind of thing- written in sharpie, then wanted it off. There are a few things that work: Rubbing alcohol Toothpaste (I have no idea why lol. And this one works the best) Make a paste with water and baking soda and scrub it Good luck!
