Does the MI Secretary of State accept a badge from the American Red Cross for an ID?

I over 18 and have no state ID. Also a HS dropout. But I have a standard ID tag with my name from the American Red Cross. Would the Secretary of State of Michigan accept it? And would a letter envelope, and letter of recommendation with my address on it also be acceptable? Thanks!

1. Probably not. You'll need a birth certificate, social security card, and other documentation in order to get an ID.
2. "I over 18" too! its a small world no your ARC ID is NOT sufficient you need a government issued ID, you can use a DL, passport, Military ID(which obviously you don't have) passport, prison ID, etc.
