How Can i get a legal identification card in colorado if i'm 13 years old?

I want one so that people who i babysit for will beleive i'm 13 and i don't want one of the school ones and how much would it cost please answer.

1. Go to your local Driver license test site (Call first for appointment) Tell them you want a government photo I.D Its like 15 dollars. I had to get one when I was 15 too.
